Meet Holland

On December 13, 2018, sweet little Holland was born. He was prenatally diagnosed with a rare heart condition called Truncus Arteriosus and was later diagnosed with Pulmonary artery stenosis, hypothyroidism, Protein losing enteropothy, two holes and a few other related and unrelated conditions after birth. Holland had his first open heart surgery when six days old at Texas children’s hospital in Houston, Texas.

Holland has been in and out of the hospital since birth. He has received care in Georgia, Pennsylvania and Texas. Holland’s mom stays in close contact with Nancy. In 2025, his mom learned Holland needs a heart transplant, but sadly, he does not qualify due to his complex medical history. To say the family is devasted would be an understatement.

They are making the most of every minute they have with Holland. In December 2025, Ansley’s Rainbows of Hope helped the family with a gift card to Disney World. It was a longtime wish of Holland’s to meet “Woody,” and it was such a blessing to be a small part of making that happen.
