🌈 Families with a critically ill child facing long-term hospitalization or complex medical care

🌈 Bereaved families who have lost a child under the age of 18 due to chronic or critical illness

Assistance Eligibility

• Have a child age 18 or younger who is critically ill or medically complex; or have experienced the loss of a child under the age of 18 due to chronic or critical illness

• Be residents of Georgia or receiving care at a Georgia hospital

• Live at least 30 miles from the treating hospital

• Demonstrate an established financial or practical need
