Meet Lyrah

Lyrah was only 16 months old when she was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy in December 2015. Initially, it was thought she needed a heart transplant, but genetic testing revealed she had mitochondrial disorder. Nancy met Lyrah, her  mom and grandmother in Atlanta at CHOA to give them gas cards and a cafeteria gift card. I am so thankful I did; Lyrah passed away on October 27th. They are a young military family and really need our prayers.
