Meet Donovan

Meet Donovan! He was 13 years old when I had that pleasure of meeting his mom in Brunswick, GA. He was in Atlanta with his dad (CHOA) following a heart transplant. Because of his extended hospital stay, his parent took turns staying in Atlanta and coming home to work. Donovan is doing great since his transplant! We provided his family with a gift card to the cafeteria and gas cards to help with their frequent trips back and forth from Savannah to Atlanta.
